The linen dial

A dial worth
a second look.

The linen pattern is pressed into the dial rather than printed on top. It catches the light differently across the surface, while the polished indices sit clearly above it.

There’s no date window to interrupt the pattern. Just the time, with a little more to look at.

38 mm · 7 mm thin

Slim by design.

The 38 mm case gives the dial room to show its texture. At just 7 mm, it stays out of the way as you get on with your day.

Swiss quartz.

The Ronda 713 helps keep Accord slim, accurate and straightforward to own. There is no winding and no date to reset. Set the time, put it on and go.

Sapphire crystal

A clearer view.

Accord uses scratch-resistant sapphire to help protect the dial from the marks of everyday wear.

An anti-reflective coating on the inside of the crystal reduces glare in bright light, allowing the linen texture and polished indices to remain clearly visible. When the light fades, luminous hands and markers make the time easier to read.

Swiss made

Four centuries behind two words.

Switzerland has been making watches for more than 400 years. That reputation wasn’t built by printing Swiss Made on a dial. The words only mean something because of the work behind them: how a watch is developed, assembled and checked.

Accord is made to that standard, with a Swiss Ronda 713 at its heart. That is why those two words sit at six o’clock on Accord.

The idea
behind Turris.

A watch should feel like something you chose for yourself. Something you enjoy putting on, even on an ordinary day.

That’s the idea behind Turris, the independent brand I’m building in Slovenia. I wanted to bring together the familiarity of a classic watch and the small details that make it personal. A texture you notice in the light. A colour that feels right with what you wear.

Accord is where that begins. I chose a linen-textured dial to give a familiar shape its own character, a slim case for comfort, and Swiss quartz for straightforward everyday use. Those choices are the foundation of our first Swiss-made watch.

As Turris grows, I want to keep exploring materials, textures and colours with that same purpose: making watches with their own character, and an easy place in everyday life.

Why is Accord launching on Kickstarter?

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform for bringing new products to life. It gives independent brands like Turris a way to fund their first production run with the support of the people who want to see it made. If enough people believe in the project, production begins. If the campaign doesn’t reach its funding goal, no one is charged. I’ll share regular updates throughout production and delivery, and I’ll always be available to answer questions.

What does backing Accord mean?

When you back Accord, you’re helping me take the first Turris watch from prototype to production. It also means trusting me to deliver what I’ve promised and keep you informed along the way. Kickstarter backers will be the first to receive Accord, at a price reserved for the launch.

How long will production take?

We estimate around 4–5 months from the start of production. The planned production start and shipping schedule will be shared in the Kickstarter campaign.

Does Accord come with a warranty?

Accord comes with a two-year warranty. Full warranty terms will be available at launch. For questions, you can contact Mark directly at mark@turriswatches.com.
