This policy explains how Turris handles personal information collected through the Turris pre-launch website and waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the Turris waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Our hosting providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information and server logs, as part of operating and securing the website.

Why we use it

Your email address is used to send occasional updates about Turris, including prototype news, launch information and the first release. We process these emails on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a Turris email.

Email service

Waitlist subscriptions are processed through Brevo, our email service provider. Your email address is transferred to and stored by Brevo so that we can manage the waitlist and send campaign emails.

Website hosting and third parties

The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure, which may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. The site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this pre-launch website.

How long we keep your information

We keep your email address while you remain subscribed to Turris updates, or until the waitlist is no longer needed. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails and will delete or suppress your address as appropriate so that your preference is respected.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent and receive a copy of information you provided. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
